Chocolate Factory lettings gather speed

Agent Alder King (acting on behalf of St Monica Trust) has reported that 55,000 sq ft of employment space at the Chocolate Factory, Keynsham, has now been let.

One of the three former factory blocks being redeveloped by St Monica Trust, the Chocolate Factory will provide approximately 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation on completion in December 2017.  

Pukka Herbs have signed up to take 17,000 sq ft at the site in a relocation from their current site in South Bristol.

Smart Cities Thought Leadership Conference 

The wide-ranging Venturefest 2017 series, which this year has focused on the theme of Smart Cities, will come to a close with a thought leadership conference on Tuesday 17th October at Bristol's Watershed. 

Since February, a diverse set of events covering robotics, AI, communication networks and cyber security among other themes has created a conversation about the opportunities and barriers in creating truly "smart" cities.
