New website to promote Bath and Bristol

2 Jan 2019

A new website has been created to promote the go-two cities, Bath and Bristol.

gobathbristol.com has been launched to provide an insider guide to culture, arts and heritage in Bath, Bristol and beyond.

The site connects the cities through suggested itineraries, tailored guides and attractions, designed to encourage the cultural explorer, whether local or international, to navigate more of the region, both geographically and culturally.

Over the coming months more attractions, events and festivals will added to the site as well Local Voices articles which will feature personal recommendations and insights from a wide range of residents and cultural ambassadors.

The website has been built and developed by the Bristol and Bath Cultural Destinations Project.

Established in April 2014 as part of a national initiative developed by Arts Council England in partnership with Visit England, this project brings together the leading arts, cultural and heritage organisations from across the West of England region – Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire – to work in partnership with the tourist sector to increase the size and value of the visitor economy.
