Rocketmakers and Edit move to Manvers Street
Following a major refurbishment to provide 45,000 sq ft of Grade A office space that commenced back in 2016, the final suite remaining on the market has now been let. Following their success in winning the Queen's Aware for Enterprise, Rocketmakers (pictured) has signed a new lease for 3,800 sq ft of space in the building.
Rocketmakers CEO Richard Godfrey said: "we really wanted to stay close to our rootes in bath but we also want to attract the best talent from the whole area. Moving so close to the station eases the commute for everyone and really helps with our growth plans. This city has been our home for over a decade and we enjoy the thriving creative environment here. We want to continue to actively support it".
The penultimate occupants of 20 Manvers Street were marketing agencies Response One, Occam and Amaze One, who merged and rebranded to Edit as part of their move. Previously, Response One was the only agency of the three that previously had offices in Bath, so the merger represents a jobs boost in a key sector for the city.
