Tell us about your business' skill needs

Are you a local employer?

Do you have concerns over your ability— current or future— to recruit for particular skills?

Do you have any comments or questions about what local establishments are offering?

Then why not take the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) annual employer's skills survey? The LEP have put together a survey to gather your views on skill gaps and recruitment. As employers, your experience and knowledge will help influence the future skills strategy for the better.

Why take the survey?

Under the proposed devolution deal, the LEP will have more influence on skills strategy and funding in our educational establishments. The results of this survey will influence the decisions made over the direction of their funding, including £32 million of capital spending across local educational establishments, so it's important that they know what your priorities are.

How can you help?
