20 Manvers Street is enjoying a makeover thanks to a commission from the West Midlands Pension Fund.
Originally built in the 1970s, 20 Manvers Street is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and remodelling to create 45,136sqft of Grade A office space, secure cycle storage, shower facilities and onsite parking will also be included.
The modernisation works include a new glazed fourth floor, offering unrivalled views across the city, and a spacious, modern reception and foyer area.
Stridge Treglown will also be enhancing the building’s energy performance to ensure a BREEAM rating of “very good” at the least, putting 20 Manvers Street in the top 25% of UK new non-domestic buildings.
The property will also be one of only a handful in the city to have solar panels on its roof.
