Bath & Business

Bath is friendly, ambitious and energetic. Being based in the city centre we’re near to everything. A two-minute walk to the train and bus stations, a short stroll to eat your lunch in view of Pulteney Bridge or cycling home alongside the river. Bath is a beautiful place to work and live.

We travel to see colleagues, clients and partners throughout the UK so Bath’s easy access to train and road networks is a great benefit. At times some clients like to blend a visit to our office with some shopping, especially at Christmas when the market is on.

There’s a plethora of professional services in Bath and the surrounding area which provides us with considerable networking opportunities. Being close to other thriving financial hubs such as Bristol, Swindon and Cardiff allows us to develop those relationships on an ongoing basis.

In terms of sourcing staff, with such as strong financial services heritage in the city there is always the expertise available, but we also like to ‘grow our own’ and have successfully recruited apprentices to become key members of staff.
