The Chocolate Factory

The Chocolate Factory at Somerdale is part of a wider mixed-used scheme on the outskirts of Keynsham, a vibrant market town located between Bath and Bristol.  See a map of the area

Strata

Bath and North East Somerset Council has approved Ediston’s plans for the erection of an office building at the western end of the site, to provide 150,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. 

Roseberry Place

Roseberry Place is a major mixed-use regeneration scheme, which occupies a prominent location in Bath's Enterprise Zone at the highly accessible junction of Lower Bristol Road and Windsor Bridge.

The scheme - which includes 175 apartments and up to 45,000 sq ft of category-A office accommodation, is currently on-site and the first office units are likely to be available in 2018/2019. 

Bath Press

Plans have been approved to transform the former Bath Press site into a large, mixed-use development which will breathe life back into the Lower Bristol Road area of the city.

Bath Western Riverside

Bath Western Riverside  is an exciting residential development along the south bank of the River Avon, a short walk from the City's historic core.

The site covers 18 hectares.  It will eventually accommodate 2,000 dwellings, a new school, a new bridge and over 7.5 hectares of public space, including a riverside park and space for commercial uses such as restaurants and shops.

The first residents moved into their new homes in 2011.
