Property consultancy Carter Jonas has completed the design and conversion of a new headquarters totalling approximately 19,500 sq ft for Roper Rhodes.

The supplier of bathroom furniture commissioned Carter Jonas to design a new headquarters to accommodate its growth, with increased operational efficiency and promoting the performance and productivity of employees as priorities

Shops and businesses in Keynsham, Bath, Midsomer Norton and Radstock are being asked to shut that door as part of a new drive to save energy and help them cut fuel bills.

Bath and North East Somerset Council and Bath BID are supporting the campaign to get shops, restaurants and cafés, to keep their doors closed during the working day.

The Department for International Trade in the South West are hosting the Southern Europe meets Southern England Roadshow on the 25th February – 26th February in Exeter and Bristol.

These events will be showcasing export opportunities in key Southern European markets to export ready companies in the Southern UK regions. Companies will have the opportunity to book 1-2-1 meetings with a delegation of DIT Commercial Officers.

The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) is looking to understand employers' views on the availability, quality and impact of Careers Education, Advice and Guidance services for both young people and adults. Effective careers guidance is an essential part of an integrated employment, skills and education system and ensures local residents can be connected and responsive to the local labour market. WECA currently delivers support services for adults through Future Bright and for young people through the careers hub.
