Retail in the West of England – Thriving in a Digital World”

8 Mar 2021

Find out what support, skills and training is available to you, to help your Retail business thrive online.

Wed, 31 March 2021 |10:00 – 11:00am

The retail sector has experienced many changes over the years and most recently the restrictions that the Covid-19 pandemic has placed on the sector has demonstrated the importance of digital readiness and how retailers must adapt to change. The shopping behaviours of consumers has changed, expectations have shifted and the way in which the retail sector operates is unlikely to resume to how it was pre-covid.

So in order to change, survive and thrive, how must the retail sector change? What are the barriers it is facing? How has the sector digitally transformed and what can you do to adapt to this ‘new’ normal?

Join us for an interactive discussion – led by Lisa Hutchings, Skills Manager of South West training provider - CMN - to hear about how Covid has changed the shopping habits of consumers.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Talk to other retailers in the West of England to hear about the barriers they have /are facing and what we can do together to get the sector back on track.
  • Share your experiences, hear from others and find out what support, skills and training is available to you, to help your business thrive.

This is a great opportunity to kick start your business and find out what support is available to you locally.

To join us at this workshop, please book via this dedicated Eventbrite page. A link to join online Zoom workshop and Agenda will be sent to you by the event hosts, CMN, before the event.

This free online workshop is open to small and medium sized retail businesses based in the West of England.
