25 Nov 2015

The Thrive programme has been set up to support cultural and voluntary organisations in Bath and the surrounding areas.

The aims of the programme are to:

  • Develop business and management skills of volunteers, trustees, managers, organisations and team members.
  • Enable voluntary and cultural organisations to proactively respond to changing circumstances.
  • Support organisations in increasing operational capacity, helping to deepening understanding of audiences and customers and increasing quality of project and service delivery.

Participants have said that after attending one of the courses they have been able to develop a greater knowledge and awareness of their topic, applied new concepts to their own working space, made the connections they needed and created positive impacts.
